Shire guitar's Mr. Steve Flack, with extensive experience in music and teaching guitar over many years, is eager to assist you in achieving your maximum guitar potential by sharing his wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Let’s look at what Steve’s been up to.
Around 2006 Steve put together his “Guitar Heroes” show where he recorded a series of three CD’s then performed live with some of Australia’s greatest guitar heroes. Names like Pete Wells from Rose Tattoo, Brad Carr from the Choirboys, “Fess Parker” from The Radiators & even Ian Moss put down a few solos. Phil Emmanuel was a regular with the live shows, among others, & the drummers that participated in Steve’s Guitar Heroes were Mal Green from Split Enz, Mick O’Shea from Dragon & Colin Burgess from Masters Apprentices & AC/DC.
Steve also did the lesson’s & interviews for Australian Guitar Magazine for over 10 years & interviewed over 200 great guitar players both local & international. Those interviews can be seen on Steve’s “Guitar Heroes” website.
In his formative years Steve learnt from some great teachers himself & this prepared him for his playing & teaching career. with teachers like Peter Calvo who founded the Australian Institute Of Music, Ike Isaacs who played with Stephane Grappelli, Greg Pikler who was one of Australia’s most respected teachers & AMEB examinor. Steve traveled to America to have lessons with Bucky Pizzarelli who played with Benny Goodman, also Dulcie Holland the Australian composer & educator.
